It is conveniently located near Islamabad Airport and Adiala Road. Additionally, it enjoys a scenic position and is situated in close proximity to Bahria Town Phase 8 and Garden Villas.

This society offers both residential and commercial plots available in various plot sizes and blocks, including General Block, Overseas Block, Sports Valley, Waterfront District, and Awami Block. Kingdom Valley Islamabad

Kingdom Valley is located in close proximity to the Chakri Interchange on the M-2 motorway and the New Islamabad International Airport. It is approximately 5 km away from the Rawalpindi Ring Road. This residential development can be easily accessed from Rawalpindi Cadet College and the Thalian Interchange.

Its NOC is still ongoing and not yet confirmed, but a lot of investors already have an eye for this housing society as it recreates the seven wonders of the world in one gated community, separating itself from any other instalment house in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.  

This society is adjacent to the CPEC-Ring Road Interchange and can be conveniently reached via the M2 Islamabad-Lahore Motorway within approximately 25 minutes. It is also just a 20-minute drive from the New Islamabad International Airport.  

7 Wonders City offers 5 Marla, 7 Marla, and 10 Marla residential plots with a fixed possession charge of 15 per cent. This housing scheme offers the following payment plans:

Capital Smart City Islamabad

Capital Smart City is one of the best housing societies in Islamabad on installments. The development work is shared by the developers Habib Rafiq (Pvt) and Future Development Holdings (Pvt) Limited. DHA recently joined Capital Smart City, taking 25 per cent shares, which is why it will be renamed as DHA Capital Smart City Islamabad. Its NOC was approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).  

This is one of the biggest housing societies in Islamabad, ten times more than the neighbouring schemes situated near the New Islamabad International Airport, so investors do not find their desired plot sizes in a limited number. Currently, it spans a total of 80,000 Kanal.

Capital Smart City Islamabad

Capital Smart City is situated on Chakri Road and M-2 Motorway and is conveniently located just eight minutes away from Islamabad International Airport. One distinctive feature of this project is its two main entrances, so it can also be accessed from the Thalian Interchange. The society offers top-notch amenities, including a gated community, security, parks, educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, Islamabad golf city clubs, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Blue World City’s Advance Payment Receipts (APR) forms can be acquired at discounted rates and utilised to make installment payments for specific residential files. In the waterfront block, buyers can merge one file with another of the same size. APR forms can only be used in Overseas Block, Awami Residential Complex, and Sports Valley estate. The General Block and Commercial Plots do not offer merging option. Buyers of any of these blocks can purchase APR forms from the market at a discounted price and adjust them in their files. The society will provide information on how many APR forms can be used in their file and their corresponding value based on their booking price. APR forms let buyers save approximately 25% to 30% of the total amount, whilst the file merging option offers a discount of around 50%.

The process of merging a cancelled file with an active file is straightforward. Buyers can purchase a cancelled file from the market at a negative price and utilise it to make installment payments for their active file.
